Senior Balance Exercise Heel Walking


Another great senior balance exercise is heel walking. For this exercise you will definitely need to hold on to a kitchen counter or wall.  This exercise can be a bit challenging even for fit seniors. Simply lift your toes off the floor and balance on your heels. See, I told you it was a little harder than the last balance exercise we did. Practice this for a few minutes a day and watch how your balance and confidence improves!
