Tim Caso has more than four decades of weight training and competitive weight lifting experience. He has represented the United States in International Olympic Lifting Competition, and was the weightlifting coach for a New Jersey High School. He is proud to say that his training partner and two of his fellow lifting teammates were members of the U.S. Olympic Weightlifting Team. Tim currently teaches Olympic Lifting at various Crossfit gyms throughout the Philadelphia region.
