Complete Senior Fitness Program

This is the complete senior fitness program for the average senior. This includes strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. You will receive 4 dvds with a 30 minute workout on each dvd. To exercise along with these dvds you will need to bring some props of your own including an elastic band, children’s ball, and wand. Simply watch each video once a week for best results.
