To exercise along with these DVD's, you will need an elastic band or tube at least 48 inches long, a plastic children's ball, and a wand for stretching. These are all available at your local big box store.

1. Resistance Band with handles at least 48" long

2. Small light vinyl children's play ball about 8"

3. Wooden dowel or yardstick about 36 inches long for stretching
